Lexan™ 8010 is a polycarbonate (PC) film with both sides polished surfaces. It is characterized by an outstanding optical clarity, a high mechanical strength and impact resistance, a consistent printability as well as an ease of processing. A protection film on both sides ensures that the film is protected against scratches. The polycarbonate film LEXAN™ 8010 ensures a top quality performance and a virtually unlimited versatility. It is available in the thickness between 125 μm and 500 μm and is offered in rolls or sheets.
Makrofol® DE1-1
Makrofol® DE 1-1 000000 is an extrusion film based on Makrolon, the High Tech polycarbonate (PC) made by Covestro. It comprises excellent transparence combined with high optical quality. The surface structure of Makrofol® DE 1-1 000000 is both sides gloss; both sides are masked with a protective masking as a standard. The PC film is available in various standard thicknesses from 125 µm to 500 µm and can be offered in rolls or sheets. Typical applications of this polycarbonate film are name plates, panels and medical packaging.
Lexan™ 8040
Lexan™ 8040 is a polycarbonate (PC) film that is FDA approved and ideal for sterile medical and food approved packaging. It is characterized by an outstanding optical clarity, a high mechanical strength and impact resistance, a consistent printability as well as an ease of processing. Both sides are polished - a protection film on both sides ensures that the film is protected against scratches.

Processing
Our clear polycarbonate films are characterised by good and consistent printability. Furthermore, our films can be cut, punched, lasered (with restrictions), embossed and glued. Polycarbonate films are also suitable for deep drawing and back injection and the insert moulding process (FIM) as well as high pressure forming (HPF). The films we offer can be cold and hot formed.
