Lexan FR 60 is a flame retardant polycarbonate film, that is UL 94 V0 listed. It offers high heat impact and temperature resistance with optical claritiy and can be utilized for secondary glazing and for economical protection against breakage. Lexan FR 60 can be cut, sawn, drilled and milled by using standard workshop equipment without the risk of cracking and breakage. Lexan FR 60 is available in sheets and can be easily be thermoformed into complex parts while retaining its excellent properties. The polycarbonate is polished on both sides, has a protection film on both sides to prevent scratches and is offered in a thickness of 1,0 mm.

LEXAN FR 60 is a flame retardant polycarbonate materials, which offer consistent properties for insulation and printability. These include puncture resistance, low moisture absorption, high thermal performance, formability and excellent dielectric strength. Potential applications include heat/dielectric insulation, die-cut insulators and spacers, labels and overlays, printed circuit boards and EMI shielding. These materials comply with UL94 V-0.VTM-0; HWI, HAI, CTI performance; meeting UL-1950, IEC950 for flame resistance requirements.
