The high-performance coated film Lexan™ HP 92 S offers very good chemical and abrasion resistance together with unique processing characteristics. The highly durable polycarbonate film is well printable and has a thickness of 0,5 mm. A protection film ensures that both sides are protected against scratches. Lexan™ HP 92 S is available in additional thicknesses between 175 µm and 750 µm and is offered in rolls and rectangular sheets in the required format.

LEXAN™ high performance (HP) coated films offer unique solutions for scratch resistance. Lexan HP 92 S also has an excellent resistance to abrasive cleaners and chemicals, providing excellent clarity of graphics and light diffusion as well as ease of printing and die cutting. Additional Benefits of these polycarbonate films are a true color reproduction, an excellent depth effect with no loss of vividness in second-surface printing, excellent printability and an increased pencil hardness. The high resistance to temperatures makes the polycarbonate film ideal for applications with temperatures of up to 130°C.
