Lexan 8B36 is a high quality polycarbonate film with a thickness of 0,5 mm that is produced by Sabic. The transparent PC film has a suede / matt surface. Lexan 8B36 is characterized by an excellent dimensional stability, an outstanding mechanical strength and impact resistance, high temperature resistance and a very good printability without pre- treatment. The polycarbonate film is offered in rolls or sheets.

Textured LEXAN films such as Lexan 8B36 in 0,5 mm with suede surface offer broad design flexibility and aesthetic appeal. Two-sided textured polycarbonate films can be designed with square corners, straight sides, narrow-width lines and flat plateaus. Key features of the films include excellent printability without pre-treatment and clean edge diecut ability. Clear windows can be wet out using screen printed inks for applications that require a combination of texture and polish. Textured films are suitable for a broad range of applications including automotive dials, consumer electronics, labels for industrial equipment, control panels for HVAC and office equipment.
